I think that I have mixed incontinence that is stress and urge

My symptons are stress incontinece when sneezing, laughing coughing, but also sometimes have to get to the bathroom in a hurry and do not make in time. I rely on incontinence pads every day. I do not have a problem during the night. I would like to be able to drink coffee sometimes but that causes a big problem in wanting to go the bathroom frequently. I know that this is because of caffeine,I have tried a pelvic floor stimulator the kind that has a vaginal probe and is said to strenghten the pelvic floor muscles. I did see my GP about this matter quite a long time ago and was sent to a specialist pysiotherapist, but unfortunately I did not have any sucess with this. Walking also cause me to lose urine involuntarily. So your suggestions for help please

I would advise a consultation with a Urologist or Urogynaecologist as the history is very suggestive of mixed incontinence and you may need bladder pressure tests (urodynamics) in order to demonstrate the predominant component prior to treatment planning.
