Psoriasis
As we are having to stay indoors, or at least at home, how can we get sunlight to help with psoriasis please!
I have never been prescribed anything for my psoriasis and I don’t have any creams for it. Is there anything I can make at home to help it as the stress that’s around at present is aggravating the psoriasis. I have it on my lower legs and feet and also on my scalp.

Re: Psoriasis
In terms of the first part of your question, try to make the most out of the exercise that is in the government advice. You could look at the best time of day to go for a walk for your psoriasis. Better yet, if you have a garden, balcony or even an open window or door you could work on some hobbies or projects there that you’ve been meaning to get round to? Particularly if it’s something that you find you focus on more, your mind might be less occupied by your psoriasis. Just be aware of sun cream and not getting burnt.
