I have a mole on my left lower abdomen, it keeps becoming sore and very itchy. It then scabs over and stops for a few days. When it flares up it is painful and goes red and blotchy. Is this something I should go to my GP with. I also have a mole on my face that seems to be getting bigger and raised.

Thank you for your question. Yes you should certainly have both lesions examined by your GP or dermatologist.

Your description of the symptoms of the mole are worrying enough and I would request that you see your GP for an assessment asap.
