sun rosacea

I have recently, what I believe to be suffering with heat/sun triggered rosacea.
I haven't had this before, I am 30 and had my first flare last August 18, since then I have had three flares.
Is there something that might have changed which is causing this, what are the preventions, treatments and any facials I can have which can help clear my skin afterwards?
Tropical gel seems to calm the redness and spots but I am left with uneven surface and blackheads.

Thank you

Re: sun rosacea

Thank you for your question. So sorry to hear about your Rosacea. I am afraid it is very common!
Sun protection is very important (factor 50).
You should ask your dermatologist or GP to consider Soolantra cream in combination with an antibitic and Mirvaso gel.

I hope this is helpful.
