Is this something you need to seek medical help for? I think it’s this and burns during and after I pass urine for a little while after but seems to get worse as the day goes on. I have tried drinking a litre of cranberry and currently taking some cranberry cleanse supplements.

Recurrent cystitis or UTI is certainly something that you should seek help to control. It can be a huge interference with your quality of life and there are several potentially successful treatments available.
