Orlistat

Hi, other than permanently wearing an adult nappy or super super Tena Lady, is there any way of controlling the leakage when taking Orlistat as this is the reason I've given up on it twice.

I used to suffer with IBS and ABL around 20 times a day until I was advised that it was food intolerances, and that was bad enough.

Re: Orlistat

Hi Cat
There are anal plugs that can be helpful with leakage, they are not designed to absorb but can plug and allow the wearer more time to reach a bathroom. Your local Bladder & Bowel specialist service may be able to offer further advice and direct you towards samples to try if they are appropriate for you. One version is worn for up to 12 hours a day, another can be worn for longer.
