endometriosis in the bladder

hi my health has been really bad for some time now, In 2017 i went into hospital for hernia repair. it went drastically wrong i spent 11 day in ICU then 3 months in hospital. i was left with a stoma and loops of bowel hanging out for over a year. Last year i went back into hospital to be put back together. when i wee it hurts but iv had pains in my stomach as well really dont no whats going on seen doctor several times blood test showed i had infection in my stomach. but the pain still there
