Lotts of Symptoms, No Real Answers

Hello everyone,

This is my first post and I am in absolute agony and in desperate need of help and some real answers.

I'm newly 45 and had a partial? laser assisted hysterectomy 4yrs ago, still have both ovaries. I never really suffered any PMS symptoms until the years following my surgery. It's gotten to the point where I am absolutely miserable every month with only a week to feel like myself before it starts all over again. I don't have night sweats I don't have hot flashes - when I do experience is like PMS on 10. Bad stress/tension type headaches that rarely get better with otc meds and make my scalp hurt, fatigue, bloating, irritability, depression/anxiety severe joint pain, sleep disturbances, can't sleep, and the breast pain is horrible. I've been into both my OB and my PA about this multiple times and each time they do blood work I'm either just a tad high or a tad low on something but my thyroid doesn't ever show signs of being problematic and my mammograms just show that I have dense breast tissue.

I eat a relatively healthy diet, could drink more water. I take fish oil and evening primrose in addition to my regular vitamins, supplement an organic protein shake, lotts of fruits and veggies, no red meat, fish and chicken.

I would really appreciate some insight - should I be seeing a specialist at this point??

I can't keep living like this. Please help.
