Re: how do you lose weight?

Agreed, KetoManiac! Losing weight should never be done by torture. If losing weight is making one ill, then they've got the wrong approach. Being slim should never be done by starving oneself or by torturing oneself with exercise. It is good to watch what you're eating and to exercise, but if you're...

Re: Itchy and sensitive

Having discharge from your breasts doesn't mean you've got cancer, so if you thought that, please don't worry. Breast cancer is usually when there's a lump in your breast. It does sound like a clogged duct in your breast that is causing the discharge. I cannot confirm that, but it is likely. However...

Re: Blood test results

I am sorry for your illness, milkycatplanet. Don't be scared of your blood test results: it is better to know than not know. But you're not alone with your bowel and stomach problems: such health problems are actually on the increase. To treat diarrhoea, there is a medication called "Imodium Pl...

Re: Chiropractic treatment for backpain!!

I have no experience of such a treatment BUT it could work. As long as they don't have quack claims that they can make an amputated leg grow back, then you're probably right to trust them.

I'd have your back treatment done. Even if it doesn't work, at least you tried. Definitely see a chiropractor.

Re: how do you lose weight?

I think simple is best: avoiding fried foods and junk food. Not eating sweet stuff all the time. I don't follow fancy diets: I just use common sense. Plus, a lot of people don't understand scientific weight loss principles. For a regular person to lose weight, they need regular, down-to-earth advice...

Re: Natural Ways to Fight Your Depression

Finding a passion in life: whether learning the guitar or piano. Learning to cook, riding a bike [with a helmet at all times], going for walks in the countryside, bird watching, painting, writing poems... A hobby - a passion - really helps boost the mood and reduce depression. At mental health place...

Re: what is anxiety and what is the solution of it

I've tried having my anxiety treated but it's hard to treat. It is - essentially - social fear. Fear isn't so easily dealt with. It can be treated, but that can take years for a severe sufferer. Plus, anxiety can be reduced but it never goes away. There is always a part of you that is afraid. You WA...

Re: acne struggle

Just remember: junk food doesn't necessarily cause acne. Acne is also not caused by dirty skin. It is a genetic skin condition. NEVER wash your face with harsh chemicals. Never have a face peel. Peeling layers from your skin won't control acne. Plus, it is rather a gruesome proceedure. Use gentle pr...

Re: Throat discomfort and itchiness for months

I think it is most likely seasonal rhinitis. You've definitely got an allergy. If I were your doctor, I'd prescribe anti-histimines. The weather has caused your throat to swell, most likely. I'd also try to reduce your allergy reactions by not going on grass and avoiding other places where there are...

Re: home teeth whitening?

I had my teeth whitened by my dentist. It cost me $350. My teeth didn't come up as white as I wanted them, though: I wanted model white teeth. They aren't a disgusting yellow, but aren't as white I want them, either. This is why I think you should choose a home whitening kit. You'd get the same resu...
