I would suggest that this is assessed at community level by a specialist nurse practitioner with appropriate referral to a consultant as necessary.

You need to be reviewed by an expert at the hospital, namely a urogynaecologist or a urologist with an interest in functional urology. You need to discuss with your GP to arrange a referral. Presumably, you have already had treatment under a specialist and potentially referral back to that specialis...

I feel that this needs to be assessed by a specialist nurse practitioner in the continence advisory service at the community level with appropriate referral to a specialist as necessary.

It depends on what the bladder problems are and that needs to be assessed by your general practitioner who will arrange for referral as appropriate.

I agree, 15 ml left behind in the bladder is not of clinical significance. But it is important for a clinician to look at the whole picture.
