Anorgasmia
This may be out of the scope for this clinic but I have anorgasmia which has become worse the older I’ve got. I don’t know who can help me with this or how to broach it with my GP-couples therapy is out of the question. What can be done to help me? (Rebekah)

Methotrexate side effects
I have PA and fibro and take Methotrexate by injection. I've been on Methotrexate for many years and have kept lowering the dose due to awful side effects. How dangerous would it be to stop it all together? As I'm so sick of the side effects. Thank you (Daisy)

Clicky joints
I've always had very clicky joints and at times (particularly my ankles) make very loud cracks - is there a chance I could get arthritis? Thanks (Moira)
