Yes, many of us feel depressed and stressed at a stage. If you feel depressed, so it can effect your health and mental health. You should talk to your doctor about this and ask for medication. You will be fine with the proper medication and healthy eating.

I had cut carbs, sugar
Eat leafy vegetables,fruits, nuts
Exercising 5days a week.

I will suggest healthy eating, avoid junk food take fresh food including leafy vegetables, vegetable soup, smoothies, yogurt, eggs, Beans, Nuts, sprouts. Do regular exercise as well.

No actually its due to change in weather, many of us feel watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose in cold weather.
I take Allegra pills..
