Re: Depression

Depression CAN be treated but it can take many years and be an uphill struggle. Therapy does include diet/exercise/social interactions/medication but it takes time. It's like a plaster doesn't help a person whose leg has been amputated. Therapy - however - DOES help but again it can take years. Ther...

It can be removed but the leak needs to be repaired in order to stop the mould coming back. Also, there was a BBC 1 programme. This woman lived in a ...

Re: Getting bloods done every year

I have a fair number of blood tests every year. I am under the care of a doctor and have been diagnosed with a few health problems. I can't say exactly but your doctor would need a reason to arrange a blood test. Certainly if you were diagnosed with a long-term illness you'd most likely need at leas...

Re: How to Reduce weight

One tip that I follow to maintin my weight is that I will try eating 80% healthy and let the remaining 20% be whatever it ends up being, can also end up being healthy at times. I also do not pressure myself to eat healthy over the weekends. This does not mean that I absolutely eat junk over the wee...

Re: Eczema Treatment

This is deeply positive. My brother suffered from Eczema as a child: we'd slather on E45 every day. It made bathing impossible. But I am glad you've found a treatment that works for you.

Re: Excessive Sweating

You are obviously overheating. Is there anything that triggers your body temperature to increase? Not necessarily obvious exercise but some kind of situation where your body gets too hot? NOT like that! Being sensible I don't think there is a cure for lowering your internal body temperature. It is o...

Re: Lifelong Eczema has FINALLY Cleared Up!

Your post is obviously genuine. Taking your steps to clearing up eczema is valuable and logical. I would certainly advise others take your advice.

I don't have eczema myself but can understand how horrible it must be.

Anyhow, brilliant advice first-hand.
