It appears that pain could be contributing to your poor sleep, one solution may be to change your mattress as a more comfortable could help reduce painful events during the night. You should also discuss your nocturnal pain with your GP

Night sweats are certainly a problem for good sleep. Essentially in order to get good sleep, your body temperature has to drop so if for whatever reason your body temperature does not drop or increases this can cause you to wake. With regards to your CPAP and snoring, CPAP only works if you wear it and so you should be sleeping with it on all night every night, if you cannot tolerate it then discuss with you CPAP provider about a different machine, mask etc that may help you use it more. It would seem that your pain is a significant contributor to your poor sleep, so I would suggest going to your GP and stressing this aspect rather than the poor sleep as there are treatments that can successfully treat paid and well as helping your sleep. There is some data that shows sleeping more than you need increases the risk of developing certain medical problems, but the increased risk is really quite small.
