The special key to access disabled toilets is a radar key.

Some local NHS services have access to the radar keys, or you can contact a national charity called Bladder and Bowel UK. The Bladder and Bowel UK Team at Disabled Living have a helpline telephone which is 0161 607 8219

You are correct, exercising the pelvic floor muscle is a good preventative measure, along with a healthy diet, good hydration and by keeping active. I hope your next scan shows improvement, but you are right, having good strength and tone to the pelvic floor muscle will most likely help improve the bladder and bowel leakage you are experiencing.
