Any medicine to reduce keloid itching and pain?

I have developed a long and thick keloid after my CABG surgery. The keloid causes burning and itching
but I am not very concerned about that. What troubles me most is the pain in the ribs near the keloid. The
pain at times is unbearable. Can anybody help me?

BRC1 and BRC2 genes are most responsible for breast cancer. Is there anyway they can be corrected
using Genetic Engineering?
