Taking longer than normal to get an erection

Do oil / cbd supplements really aid deeper sleeps? I am such a light sleeper that any sound wakes me up!

Foods to help anxiety

I often get stressed and then suffer with anxiety. Are there any foods that might help either lower my stress levels or help with the anxiety?
I try to eat a health diet but any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Been made redundant and struggling

Just wanted to give a quick update really - life's been up and down. But I'm trying to look at the redundancy as an opportunity and now looking at ways I might be able to work for myself - won't say too much yet but will keep you posted.
