Hi Shaun, fertility is not my area of expertise. I do know smoking, alcohol and temperature of sperm are all known to affect fertility. Communication is important, I am so pleased you are talking about it together. I would suggest you speak to your GP.

You are certainly not over the hill! Even if you are not using it for sex, the vacuum pump can help maintain the length of the penis with regular use. Sorry to read about your symptoms and of the frustration you are experiencing not being able to have it resolved. Have you tried anti-inflammatory tablets taken before sexual activity?
