Re: Does stress cause dementia?
Hi, I got interested in this post but never really thought that there was a strong connection between stress and dementia. However, upon research, I found out that too much stress can definitely cause depression and dementia. This is due to the fact that when you are stressed, you tend to lack sleep...

Re: Accepting Medication & Respecting Anxiety
Hi buckley50,
Love your reply. It is true that as much as it is easier to deal with anxiety through medications, there are cheaper and more therapeutic ways to decrease or prevent it, and your family is one of those. Sport is also a good substitute for medicines.

Tackling Depression
There are several reasons why I get depressed but I only have a few ways to beat it. One is by taking medication, but I don't want to be drug-dependent. Re: Washing your face when you have acne
Hi, Do you find the kitchen towels to be more comfortable though? I think they might irritate your face because they do have a rougher texture and are not advisable for use on the face. About washing, I just use regular soap but wash my face two to three times a day. When I have acne outbreaks, I li...

Re: Benzoyl Peroxide does it work?
Hi, I've used benzoyl peroxide for my acne and they do help lessen the redness and inflammation. I also noticed that my face wasn't as oily as it was when I was putting the cream on during the day. However, you do have to use it on a daily and long-term basis. The reason for this is that benzoyl per...

Re: Phobia's

I was taking Xanor, an antidepressant, to help me manage these attacks which most often led me to anxiety and depression. But one time, I said to myself that I would really get crazy once I stopped us...
