Hi Emma, Thank you so much for your informative reply. I really don’t understand why Peter has vitiligo. I know that sarcoidosis is not auto immune but inflammatory so no idea why he has it. Vitiligo

On behalf of my husband Pete I’d like to understand what actually causes vitiligo? Peter has sarcoidosis and COPD plus vitiligo which started some years ago.

I always go to the loo before bed and find I can sit for ages just making sure I’ve completely finished. Sometimes I feel all’s well only to find I’m back on the loo to pee a little more and have wet patches in underwear. I also lose control if I cough hard, sneeze or grab my grandchildren. Can you ...

Vaginal dryness

I have problems with vaginal dryness but also a feeling of discomfort after I’ve finished peeing. It feels like something has dropped down slightly. Odd feeling.

Bladder emptying

I do seem to have problems emptying my bladder completely. I can sit on the loo for ages and always squeeze a bit more ironed out. It’s like that more in the evening. I feel it’s like a sponge that mire can be squeezed out of. No idea why.
