Thank you for your response it is indeed very helpful. I've often survived on 6 hours sleep where I feel as good as 8 hours so this helps understand why this is the case rather than forcing a strict set time its going with what works.

If you've had an abnormal result in the past then a normal after is it possible to still get an abnormal later on?

There's probably something in the waters but why is there an increase in eczema in children in UK? The weather, the food or probably the water.
