5 year old keeps staying up
Hi, my 5 year old son gets sent to bed and keeps himself awake til I get home usually at 830 to 9pm, my husband is at his wits end and I've asked work to change shifts and they wont. It trails through to the weekend now as well and he keeps following us downstairs after we put him in bed. Any ideas?

Acne and the workplace
I suffer from acne in my neck and back and work in a call centre and am constantly sweating, after work my back looks like a volcano field, any advice on how to avoid this horrible back acne?

I've had rosacea since I gave birth to my baby 2 years ago, I've been prescribed oxytetracycline pills and finacea cream for my face which hasn't had much of an effect. Thank you both so much for your advise, I never thought to use sun screen at all but will now as I sit right next to a window in a call centre during the day when my symptoms are the worst. No wonder! I think I will cut out an item of hot or spicy food week to see what my triggers are. I've had more...
