Hi, my 5 year old son gets sent to bed and keeps himself awake til I get home usually at 830 to 9pm, my husband is at his wits end and I've asked work to change shifts and they wont. Thank you both so much for your advise, I never thought to use sun screen at all but will now as I sit right next to a window in a call centre during the day when my symptoms are the worst.
