thanks for reply Lisa I have suggested he possibly sees dr but hes not keen !! he doesnt feel tired at all, though he does nap alot if sat down during day but works long hours, getting up at 4am (then 12 hour shifts at age 50+) so would expect him to be napping to be honest he doesnt seem to stop br...

Why do I usually awake after a couple of hours sleep, feeling like I've been asleep all night.
Most nights now Im waking every hour or so during the night with pain in my elbows, numb hands, or aching legs ... why cant i just sleep a whole night through?

same problem here !!! plus he snores so much and so deeply that his throat gets dry ~ sounds almost as if hes struggling to breathe at times (though hes fine)
has anyone tried that new throat spray ive seen advertised thats supposed to lessen the snoring
