This post is really great. To add to this post, detoxification helps control eczema from attacking. Detox eliminates toxins from our body. Relaxation and meditations are ways of detoxification. I use ear candles with my friend and it soothes. It is not dangerous when properly used.

I have heard about the many health benefits of aloe vera. I have aloe vera plant in our yard and freshly from the pot I cut a leaf of aloe vera and get the gel from it and apply it to my skin and leave for 15 minutes. I also apply it on my scalp. Aloe vera is good moisturizer.

I also have eczema and it started when I gave birth to my first born. It aggravate during extreme weather and it is really itchy and flaky. My dermatologist prescribed me Diprogenta Cream. In one application I feel relieve and the eczema gets dry.

Hi Helen, your welcome. I would recommend that you use the benzoyl peroxide 2% which kills bacteria and salicylic acid .5% once or twice a day but for me I used it once a day only at night time. It really cured my acne and I always see to it that I do not sleep without cleansing my face.

You can also try the fuss free facial masks which I am already using. It has three variants and all contain natural ingredients that will suit your skin type. I use the variant with citrus and pineapple enzymes that cleanse and exfoliates.

That sounds good. Turkey and fish are my favorite.
Turkey thighs and legs slow cooked on low fire grill or turkey with green and red bell pepper . Steamed Salmon or blue marlin fish with cucumber is also good. Fresh strawberry and banana are also included.

Hi thanks for this wonderful comment. My thyroid surgery scar has became keloids and it was awful sight. The surgeon prescribed a certain cream which is quite expensive to flatten the scar in my neck,
Most of my scars become keloids so i can try this tip and tell you the effect soon.

I think almost of us have facial rashes on extreme weather especially during winter season. Facial rash is caused by dry skin and our skin gets dry during winter or hot season. We need to drink lots of water and fruit juices to hydrate our body. Eating fruits and vegetables are also great.
