Quite agree, it beats trying to get a diagnosis from doctors who don't believe in fibro

I find that just resting doesn't do much for me. A combination of rest, GENTLE exercise and meditation is what does the most. But everyone is different.

I have smell issues mostly about myself but also with egg white, chopped onion and dog pee!

IBS can be linked to fibro which can cause the joint problems, particularly in the morning. Not saying this is what you have but it may be something to speak to your doctor about
