My son, 8, appears to have some facial acne. No other signs of early puberty but perioral pustules and some whiteheads on his nose. Is this normal? Should I worry? What can I do to help him control them?

Hello, I’m wondering whether you can recommend any treatment for perimenopausal acne? I’ve had great skin for years and now have whiteheads and painful deep cyst like eruptions which I’ve never had before. Using benzoyl peroxide topically and unsure what to try next.
