Hello Bonniericca, You need to burn more calories than consume. Add some exercises in your daily routine like gym, swimming, cycling, dancing, etc. It really helps to burn calories and lose fat from the body.

I highly suggest you don’t use supplements for weight loss.
Stop eating fatty and processed foods, also you should eat fruits and add yellow and green vegetables in your diet.

Follow some simple steps to control your weight :
Drink Water 3-4 litres daily.
Do exercise which includes (gym, cycling, fast walking or jogging )
Move your interest toward dance, put on music and start dancing for 15 minutes once in a day..
Avoid outside fast food, oily food.

Yoga can be an effective tool to help people lose weight. It is really helpful to me to reduce anxiety and stress and I reduced 2 lbs weight in just 2 months.

According to me , to lose weight you must follow some simple tips like, drink more water, eat a healthy diet like fresh vegetables, fruits and do yoga on a daily basis. It will really helpful for you.
