Rachel De Boer
Rachel has worked as a specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital, one of the largest Paediatric Allergy service in Europe, for the past 6 years. She is highly experienced in offering advice and support to children with complex dietary needs due to multiple food allergies.
Rachel studied Biochemistry (BSc Hons) at Birmingham University before completing a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics at Leeds Metropolitan University. She started her career working with adults in a range of specialities before concentrating on Paediatrics.
She is a member of the Executive committee of the Kings College London Allergy Academy and has been instrumental in establishing the annual dietetics conference as one of the Academy’s most successful events.
Rachel has spoken at a range of national and international conferences on Dietetics and Food Allergy and has published a number of articles in peer reviewed journals.
