I have a passion for helping people, I would consider myself more as a 'therapist' than a 'hypnotherapist', simply because I do not always use hypnosis, I have a wide range of skills, tools and techniques that I am able to use such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), psycho-therapeutic methods, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Brief Strategic Therapy, Counselling, and EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I have used the techniques I have learnt on myself for personal development and now use these skills with my clients to make changes in their lives. Learning about the human mind has given me the opportunity to pass on my skills in order to help others, I understand how hard it can be to make those changes without support.
I specialise in helping people to manage stress and anxiety issues, weight loss and fears & phobias. However, hypnotherapy can also support other concerns including depression, sleep problems, IBS and other medical issues.
