Anthony Linklater is an Epilepsy Specialist Nurse at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London. Prior to this, he held similar positions at two acute NHS trusts and at the Epilepsy Society. He has been a Nurse Prescriber since 2004 and also has a master’s degree in epileptology. In his current position, he supports medically and surgically managed individuals with epilepsy and is responsible for managing the programming side of the hospital's vagus nerve stimulation service. He is particularly interested in adherence to medication and providing support through mobile phone technology. He is a visiting lecturer at London South Bank University and on the steering committee of the Royal College of Nursing Neuroscience Forum.
