Exercising should be part of our everyday lives. And if you are living with a particular health condition, it is even more important to exercise regularly as part of the way in which you manage your overall health.

At TalkHealth, we are committed to offering you the widest range of information, as well as a support infrastructure which will help you treat your specific health condition holistically. This often means using traditional medical treatments, and sometimes complementary treatments, but it also means eating the right foods, avoiding those foods that can irritate your condition and cause unwanted symptoms, as well as taking some form of regular exercise. A combination of all these will give you the best chance of managing your health, rather than your health managing you!

In this section, we have a range of exercise programmes you can buy and download. Each programme is designed to last for approximately 6-8 weeks. They are suitable for all abilities and all ages. Mark is an experienced Personal Trainer, and is available for personal training sessions if you are based in the South Coast area.
